The Providence Group, a subsidiary of Green Brick Partners, Inc (NYSE: GRBK) and one of metro Atlanta’s leading lifestyle homebuilders, along with more than 30 trade partners are celebrating the 2026 St. Jude Dream Home®.  Carlitonia Boykin of Temple won the grand prize of the Dream Home located in the Palisades community in Cumming. Valued at $650,000, the house has 2,284 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a two-car garage.

The Dream Home features a 2-story single family home with 10’ ceilings and L shaped kitchen with seating for three at a large kitchen island.  Thoughtfully curated by their award-winning Director of Design, Terance Manly, the interior features a contrast of crisp whites paired with bold blacks to create a clean yet powerful aesthetic. The home features wallpaper, statement art, and simple black-and-white photography that gives the home a gallery-like feel.

The result is modern, elevated, and confidently styled.

This marks the fourth year that The Providence Group has partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and its lifesaving mission to help children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases by building the 2026 Atlanta St. Jude Dream Home®. Over the past four years, a total of $7.3 million has been raised by the Atlanta Dream Home. All proceeds benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food. Since opening in 1962, St. Jude has increased the childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to over 80%.

A special thanks to this year’s Atlanta vendors and partners who donated their time, effort, materials and skills to the 2026 St. Jude Atlanta Dream Home®.
