Tyler Perry Studios is building a virtual production facility in Atlanta. The Peach State’s film industry has seen a decline in recent years, and Perry is aiming to attract productions of all sizes.
The Atlanta-based studio is partnering with Synapse Virtual Production to convert an existing stage to a dynamic filming space with AI-supported tools on the 365-acre Tyler Perry Studios campus.
This would give projects like livestreams, music videos and commercial shoots access to LED volume technology and real-time digital environments.
