Patrick Lange and Josh Lange of Business Modification Group recently facilitated the sale of an established HVAC company serving customers throughout the Northwest Atlanta area.

Founded in 2008, the company built a strong and stable reputation over nearly two decades of operation. The business focused exclusively on residential HVAC services and did not perform commercial or refrigeration work.

A key strength of the business was its recurring revenue generated through a foundation of maintenance agreements. This predictable revenue stream, combined with an established customer base and experienced techs, made the company an attractive acquisition opportunity.
The business has eight full-time employees, all of whom are expected to remain with the company under the new ownership. Team continuity will help preserve the company's established operations, customer relationships, and service standards.

The sellers' decision to sell was driven by a move out of the area for family reasons. As part of the transition, the sellers are expected to remain involved with the business in the short term to assist the new owner and help ensure a smooth transfer of operations and customer relationships.
