Tommy Nobis Center, an Atlanta-based nonprofit that empowers people with disabilities through employment, has been named a 2026 Atlanta Top Workplace, joining a select group of organizations recognized for creating positive workplace environments based on employee feedback. Only 70 organizations with fewer than 150 employees in Metro Atlanta were recognized in this year's publication.

The Top Workplaces recognition is based on confidential employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage. The survey measures employees' experiences across areas that include feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.

“We are honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace, but what makes this recognition most meaningful is knowing that it came from our teammates,” said Dave Ward, President and CEO of Tommy Nobis Center. “Our team brings our mission to life every day through the work they do and the way they support the people we serve. We are grateful for their feedback, their commitment, and the opportunity to continue building a workplace where people feel valued and connected to our mission.”

The 2026 Atlanta Top Workplaces recognition adds to Tommy Nobis Center's ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where employees can contribute to a mission that makes a difference in the lives of others.
