Toro Development Company today announced that preleasing is underway for Prelude at Medley, the first phase of luxury multifamily residences to be developed at the Johns Creek mixed-use community. Preleasing marks an important milestone as Medley prepares for its Grand Opening on October 29, 2026. First move-ins will begin November 1.
