Town Center Community Names Mary Koronkowski Director of Community Investment and Impact

Town Center Community today announced the appointment of Mary Koronkowski as director of community investment and impact, adding a longtime Cobb County professional and community leader with experience in partnerships, placemaking and community engagement to its leadership team.

As director of community investment and impact, Koronkowski will lead efforts to deepen community partnerships, strengthen stakeholder engagement and support initiatives that advance Town Center’s vision for a vibrant, connected community.

"Mary’s experience building partnerships and creating connections across metro Atlanta makes her a tremendous addition to our team," said Tracy Styf, executive director of the Town Center Community. “Throughout her career, she has worked with nonprofit organizations, businesses, and civic leaders to build strategic partnerships and lead initiatives that strengthen local connections. We’re excited to have her join our team and look forward to the relationships and opportunities she’ll help build as we continue to grow.”

Prior to joining Town Center Community, Koronkowski served as donor development manager for March of Dimes – Georgia, where she led partnership development, fundraising and community engagement initiatives across the region. Her work included executing one of the organization's largest March for Babies events nationwide, exceeding fundraising goals by 20%. She also served as communications manager for the Cobb Community Foundation, leading strategic storytelling and communications efforts for the regional philanthropic organization.

Koronkowski currently serves on the City of Acworth’s Public Arts Committee and was a member of the Town Center CID Public Art Committee from 2020 to 2021, contributing to public art and placemaking initiatives across Cobb County.
