The Well Within Your Reach Foundation (WWYR), founded by U.S. Air Force Active Duty Chief Master Sergeant and executive wellness and leadership coach DeBlair Tate, is elevating its annual celebration with a new home at Signia by Hilton Atlanta, marking an exciting new chapter of growth for the foundation and its signature Black-Tie Gala experience.

The 2026 Well Within Your Reach Foundation Gala will be held Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Signia by Hilton Atlanta, bringing together executives, entrepreneurs, community leaders, wellness advocates and changemakers for an elegant evening centered on impact, recognition and the importance of achieving success without sacrificing personal well-being.

The move to Signia by Hilton Atlanta reflects the continued growth of both WWYR and RAF-Live and creates an expanded experience for attendees, honorees, partners and supporters. “You can have the titles, the accomplishments and the impact and still realize that somewhere in the climb, you put yourself last,” said Tate. “My mantra has always been, ‘I refuse to be a public success and a private mess.’ That belief is at the heart of Well Within Your Reach. We exist to remind people, especially high-achieving women, that peace, joy, wellness and fulfillment should not be the price we pay for success. As this movement grows, we wanted the experience surrounding it to grow as well.” A centerpiece of the evening will be the recognition of distinguished leaders whose professional achievements, service and community impact embody the spirit of the Well Within Your Reach Foundation.

The gala will also spotlight the foundation’s continued commitment to investing in the next generation of women leaders through its scholarship initiatives and mission-driven programming. In addition to the gala, RAF-Live 2026 will feature the return of its signature Men’s Panel, a candid conversation designed to create space for men to discuss mental wellness, leadership, relationships, vulnerability, and the pressures that often accompany being expected to remain strong for everyone else.
