Greater Atlanta Postal Customer Council Host 2026 National PCC Week Event
Monday, September 28th, 2026
The Greater Atlanta Postal Customer Council (GAPCC) invites business associates—large and small—to take part in its 2026 National PCC event. With this year’s theme, “Forging Bold Horizons,” GAPCC is focused on expanding business knowledge and networking while exploring professional horizons.
National Postal Customer Council Week will be held Monday, Sept. 28, through Friday, Oct. 2. During the week, USPS leaders and Postal Customer Councils (PCCs) come together to network and discuss the latest trends in the mailing and shipping industry. More than 85 PCCs will hold events across the nation.
Come and spend a day at Zoo Atlanta, network with mailing and shipping industry professionals, and hear from keynote speaker Chenise LeDoux, USPS Vice President, Southern Area’s Retail and Delivery Operations. “PCC events provides industry partners a platform to cultivate relationships and collaborate on emerging challenges, paving the way for innovative opportunities,” said LeDoux.
LeDoux leads retail and delivery operations across 13 districts spanning 11 states, as well as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, supporting more than 124,000 employees. The Southern Area serves 49.3 million delivery points through more than 7,000 Post Offices and covers about 750,000 square miles.
The event will take place on Friday, October 2, 2026, 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. EST at Zoo Atlanta’s Ford Conservation Room, 800 Cherokee Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30315.

Postal Customer Council (PCC) events recognize the importance of supporting small businesses. The Greater Atlanta PCC is an independent board of USPS employees and mailing and shipping industry partners.
This council exists to benefit its members by networking together printers, mailers, shippers as well as providing opportunities to share Postal Service news and transparency. For more than two centuries, the Postal Service has been helping small businesses grow and supporting Main Streets everywhere throughout the highs and the lows. These events are designed to address the unique needs of small businesses, even during these challenging times.
PCCs, created in 1961, are local organizations that help foster a close working relationship between USPS and commercial mailers with the goal of sharing information about postal products, programs, and services through an educational and collaborative environment.
