Gwinnett Small-Business Leaders Explore Sustainable Growth and Workplace Culture
Wednesday, September 9th, 2026
More than 60 small-business owners, professionals, and community leaders filled the Gwinnett Chamber for the Elevate Business Series: Creating a Culture of Sustainable Growth. Led by executive coach Chris Darley, the high-energy leadership workshop explored how asking better questions can produce more intentional decisions, stronger workplace cultures, and sustainable business growth.
Darley challenged attendees to ask the right questions, in the right order, to help them live and lead with greater purpose. His message encouraged participants to consider how the questions they ask themselves shape their decisions, influence their direction, and affect the people, teams, and businesses they lead. The discussion expanded the definition of growth beyond becoming bigger, busier, or more successful. Instead, attendees explored three principles they could apply to their personal and professional lives:
-
Ask intentional questions before making important decisions.
-
Evaluate whether growth supports the people and relationships that matter.
-
Pursue progress that strengthens leadership, workplace culture, and long-term impact.
Through leadership workshops, business-development programs, and professional networking opportunities, the Gwinnett Chamber’s Elevate Business Series connects small-business owners with practical resources to strengthen workplace culture, develop high-performing teams, and create sustainable business growth.
