Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), an established and respected build-to-rent (BTR) general contractor, announces the hiring of Brandon Woods as Assistant Vice President of Land Acquisition.

Woods will lead land acquisition efforts and assess potential sites that align with JCCG’s project pipeline. He brings 20 years of real estate development experience and will work with landowners, brokers and developers to pursue strategic acquisitions and guide projects through early-stage development.

“Brandon brings deep development experience and a strong understanding of the land acquisition process that will be a tremendous asset,” said Chris Mancuso, president of Jim Chapman Construction Group. “His ability to build relationships, evaluate new sites and navigate project complexities will strengthen our efforts to find the right opportunities and create value for our partners.”

Woods most recently worked with ResiBuilt and ResiCap and has experience in build-to-rent, multifamily and mixed-use development. His background spans the full development lifecycle, including site identification, feasibility analysis, due diligence, entitlements and design coordination. He has also focused on aligning financial and operational efforts to deliver projects successfully.

“I’m excited to join JCCG and contribute to the company’s growth,” Woods said. “JCCG has built a strong reputation in the build-to-rent sector, and I look forward to working with the team to bring high-quality communities to growing markets.”

Throughout his career, Woods has managed large-scale development portfolios and worked with institutional capital, landowners and brokerage partners to source and execute development projects. His experience navigating changing market conditions and complex development processes will support JCCG’s continued expansion and land acquisition efforts.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in business management and finance from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business. A longtime Atlanta resident, Woods enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his children’s extracurricular activities.

JCCG specializes in the build-to-rent sector and holds licenses in Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina and Indianapolis, Indiana.
