In her new role, Murtaugh will manage wealth advisors and client relationships across Georgia and report to Caitlin Kennedy, who oversees wealth advisory for the state and Greater Atlanta. A respected leader within the organization, Murtaugh has built a strong reputation for developing talent, driving business results and fostering meaningful client relationships. "Georgia represents tremendous opportunity, and I'm excited to work alongside our talented advisors and teammates to continue delivering exceptional service and advice to clients across the region," said Murtaugh. "Truist Wealth has a strong foundation in Georgia, and I look forward to building on that momentum."
As North Georgia Regional Director for Wealth Brokerage, Greg Costello will lead Truist Wealth’s brokerage teams across the region. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and complex manager at
Raymond James in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Before that, he held leadership positions with Wells Fargo Advisors, SunTrust Investment Services and Merrill Lynch across multiple markets and business models.
"North Georgia is one of the most dynamic wealth management markets in the country," said Costello. "I'm excited to join Truist Wealth and partner with advisors and teammates across the region as we continue creating opportunities for growth and delivering an exceptional client experience."
