Vida Companies Names Mark Dickinson to Lead Capital Markets, Adds Marisa Green as Director

Vida Companies announced that Mark Dickinson has joined the firm as Vice President of Capital Markets and Marisa Green as Director of Capital Markets. Both will focus on Vida Funds as the business prepares a slate of new offerings for 2027.
The new hires come as Vida prepares Fund II along with Qualified Opportunity Zone investments and additional Roth IRA conversion opportunities, all planned for 2027.

Dickinson leads capital markets for Vida, overseeing investor relationships and capital formation across the fund's offerings. He brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate and alternative investments, with a focus on private equity and private debt strategies centered on income-producing real estate. He began his financial services career at Legg Mason in 2001 and joined Cohen & Steers in 2009, working closely with advisors and institutional investors. In 2013, he moved fully into alternatives, where he built expertise structuring, positioning and distributing real estate investment solutions across Registered Investment Advisor and independent broker-dealer channels. His work centers on strategic capital allocation, portfolio risk management, tax mitigation and passive income strategies.
Dickinson earned a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of La Verne. Before entering finance, he served 18 years in the U.S. Navy as a salvage diver, an experience that continues to shape a leadership style built on accountability, precision and performance under pressure. He is based in Southern California.
Green partners with advisors and investors across the Vida platform, supporting new and existing relationships in the fund. She began her career in entrepreneurship, winning her college's pitch competition and going on to found and operate Unwind Yoga, a corporate wellness company. She moved into real estate by managing her own rental properties, then into real estate-backed private lending, funding projects across Phoenix and Scottsdale. She spent the last three years as Regional Sales Director at Lukrom. Green holds the Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63.
