Alloy acquires customer experience (CX) firm Dragon Army, uniting two premier Atlanta agencies.

• Retires the Dragon Army brand while integrating the full team, client roster, and capabilities into Alloy.

• Retains leadership as Dragon Army Founder Jeff Hilimire and CEO Jenn Leahy support the transition alongside Alloy CEO Raj Choudhury.

• Expands Alloy's UX, product, and tech stack for national brands across healthcare, fintech, and enterprise solutions.

Alloy, the marketing and transformation partner for the age of intelligence, has acquired Dragon Army, an Atlanta-based customer experience company that combines strategy, behavioral insight, creative and technology to design solutions that deliver results. The acquisition builds on Alloy’s agency platform and expands the scale, capabilities and reach of the work Alloy delivers for national brands while bringing together two independent, purpose-driven agencies with a shared vision for what’s next.

Founded in 2013, Dragon Army helps brands understand what drives people to act, what causes them to disengage, and what builds loyalty over time. Its work spans an array of sectors including healthcare, fintech and industrial solutions. Dragon Army’s team brings deep product, digital, creative and development talent that expands the combined agency's capacity to design and deliver ambitious customer experiences at scale.

“Dragon Army brings seasoned talent and a roster of national brands to Alloy. Their team deepens our UX and technology expertise at exactly the right moment, as demand has grown significantly in 2026. Together, we're built to take on the complex brand and digital challenges that AI and shifting buyer behavior are creating for our clients,” said Raj Choudhury, CEO, Alloy.

The Dragon Army team joins Alloy in full, deepening the combined agency's capabilities across creative, digital experience, strategy and client partnership. The Dragon Army name will be retired as the team integrates under Alloy, with CEO Raj Choudhury leading the combined digital agency.

“When we started Dragon Army, it was never just to build a successful agency. We wanted to lead by example — to prove that a business could be both profitable and purposeful — that you could use your success to do good. Alloy shares that belief, which makes this feel like a natural next chapter for the team and everything we’ve built together,” said Jeff Hilimire, Founder, Dragon Army.

“Joining Alloy gives our team access to greater resources, broader capabilities, and more ways to solve complex customer experience challenges while preserving the people, relationships, and passion that made Dragon Army what it is. I’m incredibly excited about what we'll be able to do together,” said Jenn Leahy, CEO, Dragon Army.

This move builds upon a transformational year of growth for Alloy, which earned recognition on the Inc. 5000, Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Fastest-Growing Companies in Metro Atlanta list, and additional industry awards recognizing the agency’s growth, innovation and client impact. Bringing on an established team, rather than scaling one hire at a time, positions Alloy to meet rising client demand while continuing its momentum into the next phase of growth.
