Aprio, the 20th largest business advisory and accounting firm in the U.S., today announces the acquisition of TGRP Solutions (TGRP), a Denver-based advisory firm serving middle-market, private equity-backed, and enterprise, publicly traded businesses across Colorado. The combination is Aprio's fifth in the Denver market and sharpens the firm's Advisory platform for clients nationwide. Together, Aprio and TGRP are building a comprehensive national Office of the CFO platform designed to enhance financial operations and strategic planning.

Founded in 2010, TGRP Solutions has supported clients for more than 16 years, serving as a trusted advisor to growing middle-market and enterprise, publicly traded companies, helping clients strengthen financial operations, prepare for critical transactions, and navigate periods of change. Through its Office of the CFO services, technical accounting, IPO readiness, transaction support, and staffing and recruiting services, the firm has developed a scalable bench of experienced consultants capable of meeting clients where they are and supporting them as they grow.

The addition of more than 70 professionals strengthens Aprio's Advisory practice and enhances its ability to deliver outsourced and fractional Office of the CFO services, technical accounting support, transaction advisory, and talent solutions to clients at every stage of growth. This expansion also supports the formation of Aprio's Office of the CFO, which brings together the firm's Accounting Advisory and Talent Advisory capabilities under one platform to serve the evolving needs of businesses. TGRP Solutions Founder and President Mark Reister, Jim Lockhart, Managing Director of Consulting, and Doug Nassif, Director of Placement and Contract Solutions, join Aprio as partners.

TGRP Solutions is the latest milestone in Aprio's national growth strategy, which includes the addition of Isdaner & Company in Philadelphia, Price Kong in Phoenix, Waldron and Rand, Co. in Boston, CAVU Advisors in Maryland, expansion into Portland, Oregon, and the launch of Aprio Global to serve clients with cross-border tax, accounting, and advisory needs.
