Thursday, October 22nd, 2026
Colliers is pleased to announce that Teddy Driscoll has joined the
firm as Vice President, Industrial Capital Markets, in the Atlanta office. Driscoll specializes in industrial investment sales, advising property owners, investors, and developers on acquisition and disposition strategies throughout the Atlanta market. He brings a blend of valuation expertise, financial analysis, underwriting experience, and transaction execution capabilities developed through prior capital markets and investment sales roles.
As one of the nation’s most active industrial real estate markets, Atlanta continues to attract strong investor interest driven by population growth, logistics expansion, manufacturing investment, and evolving supply-chain strategies. In this environment, industrial owners increasingly seek advisors who can combine market intelligence, financial analysis, and transaction expertise to help maximize asset value and navigate changing market conditions.
Prior to joining Colliers, Driscoll worked in investment sales and capital markets roles where he underwrote and evaluated commercial real estate investments, supported transaction execution, and advised clients across multiple asset classes throughout the Southeast. He earned a Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate (MSCRE) from Georgia State University and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Connecticut College.
At Colliers, Driscoll will focus exclusively on industrial capital markets and investment sales, working closely with the firm's established industrial brokerage professionals and broader Capital Markets platform to connect local market opportunities with regional and national sources of capital.
“One of the things that attracted me to Colliers was the strength of its Atlanta industrial platform and the market intelligence that comes from being deeply connected to owners, occupiers, and investors every day,” said Driscoll. “That connectivity creates opportunities to help clients uncover value, identify opportunities before they reach the broader market, and execute informed investment strategies with confidence.”
“Teddy’s addition represents an important step in the continued growth of our Industrial Capital Markets capabilities,” said Randy Fink, Atlanta Market Leader for Colliers. “His valuation expertise, analytical rigor, transaction experience, and focus on industrial investment sales strengthen our ability to serve industrial owners and investors throughout Atlanta and the Southeast. We are continuing to build a best-in-class platform that delivers meaningful value for our clients, and Teddy’s experience and approach align perfectly with that vision.”
The addition of Driscoll reflects Colliers’ continued investment in expanding specialized industrial and capital markets expertise within the Atlanta market. As investor demand and industrial occupier activity continue to evolve, Colliers remains committed to providing clients with the market insight, transaction expertise, and capital markets connectivity necessary to achieve their real estate objectives.
