Corso Atlanta, Galerie Living’s award-winning luxury senior living community in Buckhead, is entering a new chapter with a significant expansion that will add an 11-story residential tower, 110 private residences, expansive new amenities and restaurants featuring some of Buckhead’s most celebrated names.

Rising above Buckhead at 3200 Howell Mill Road, the expansion builds on Corso Atlanta’s distinctive hospitality-driven approach to senior living, creating an elevated residential destination where current and future residents can live, gather, dine, entertain and connect. Complementing the diverse offerings of the existing residences, the tower introduces grand amenities that can accommodate private gatherings, guests and events, alongside new restaurants. The expansion is expected to open in Spring 2028.

“This expansion marks an exciting new chapter for Corso Atlanta and for senior housing in Atlanta,” said Joshua Peterson, President of Galerie Management. “Corso Residences are destinations that marry brilliant design with world-class hospitality and personal wellness. Phase II builds on that foundation with a broader range of dining, gathering and wellness experiences, and sets a new standard for luxury living in Buckhead.”

The expansion reflects Galerie Living’s continued investment in Atlanta and its conviction that today’s older adults are seeking more from senior living than conventional amenities and experiences. Corso pairs the comfort and service of a premier residence with the wellness, lifestyle and personalized services that support residents at every stage of life.

The new Corso Atlanta tower will include:

  • 110 private independent living residences
  • An 11-story residential tower rising above Buckhead
  • Grand new amenities designed to host residents, guests and events
  • New restaurants featuring some of Buckhead’s celebrated culinary names
  • Expanded opportunities for dining, wellness, entertainment and social connection
  • The signature Corso hospitality-driven experience, centered on design, service and lifestyle

“Hospitality has been the foundation of every experience at Corso Residences. The service and experiences we deliver here achieve the same standards of excellence we delivered in my 26 years with the Ritz-Carlton,” said John Cashion, Corporate Director of Hospitality at Galerie Living. “As we introduce new restaurants, wellness retreats, and events, that white-glove approach will be felt in more venues than ever before.”

Corso Atlanta’s Phase II expansion was designed in collaboration with design firm HKS. Brasfield & Gorrie is serving as General Contractor.

The expansion also marks an important milestone in Galerie Living’s broader growth of the Corso Residences brand in Atlanta. With Corso Residences Druid Hills, the brand’s second Atlanta location, also moving forward, Galerie Living is expanding its presence while bringing its signature hospitality-focused approach to new communities across the city.
