CREW Atlanta has inducted Greer Gallagher of Holder Construction
and Heather Rich of Leapley Construction into the CREW Atlanta Hall of Fame, one of the organization’s highest honors.

The Hall of Fame recognizes commercial real estate leaders who have made a substantial impact on the industry locally, nationally or globally while helping build the next generation of women leaders. Inductees have advanced women’s careers through mentoring, advising, referrals, business opportunities and other forms of engagement.

“Greer and Heather are accomplished leaders who have also invested their time, energy and experience in CREW Atlanta and the women coming up behind them,” said Dana Ladd, Principal of Architecture at Warner Summers and president of CREW Atlanta.

“That kind of leadership has a ripple effect. It strengthens our organization, creates opportunities for others and helps build the community that makes CREW Atlanta so valuable. We are proud to recognize Greer and Heather for the lasting impact they have made on our organization and Atlanta’s commercial real estate industry.”

Greer Gallagher
Gallagher is the highest-ranking woman within Holder Construction’s construction operations. She oversees seven construction vice presidents who lead more than 175 Atlanta-based associates and approximately $2 billion in active construction throughout metro Atlanta. Her responsibilities include Southeast regional business development, talent recruitment, project delivery, client engagement and the associate experience.

Gallagher’s involvement with CREW Atlanta began with the 2014 Leadership CREW class. She later served as chapter president, leading a strategic planning process that clarified priorities for the organization and its volunteers. In 2023, she chaired the committee that hosted the CREW Network Convention in Atlanta, which welcomed more than 1,500 members from around the world.

Gallagher also advocates for greater access to housing, healthcare and childcare, as well as equal opportunities for career advancement and pay. She has supported the Atlanta Women’s Foundation and City of Refuge through volunteer service and charitable giving and previously served on the board of Whitefoord, Inc., which provides healthcare and early education services to residents of Atlanta’s Eastside and Westside neighborhoods, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Heather Rich
Over the course of a distinguished 25-year career, including 19 years at Leapley Construction, Rich has earned the trust of clients while serving as a leader, mentor and advocate for the commercial real estate industry. A quick-paced and results-oriented leader, she has strengthened Leapley’s reputation as an expert contractor by building exceptional spaces for global brands like NCR, Equifax, Siemens and Visa.

A member of the inaugural Leadership CREW class, Rich later served as CREW Atlanta chapter president and has held numerous committee leadership roles. For more than two decades, she has helped guide the organization’s growth, programming and philanthropic efforts while encouraging other women to build their careers in commercial real estate.

Rich’s Hall of Fame induction follows another significant achievement in 2026 as a member of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation’s Inspire Atlanta class. Through her fundraising efforts, she raised more than $40,000, exceeding her original goal and contributing to a record-breaking class that generated $800,000 to benefit women and girls throughout the community.

Atlanta’s commercial real estate industry has been shaped by leaders who took risks to build companies, careers and reputations while creating opportunities for others. The CREW Atlanta Hall of Fame honors those contributions and celebrates individuals whose influence continues through the people they have mentored and encouraged.

Gallagher and Rich join a distinguished group of Hall of Fame members whose professional accomplishments and service have strengthened CREW Atlanta and the region’s commercial real estate community.
