Over seventy-five women from across Metro Atlanta and Gwinnett County gathered for Gwinnett Leadership Organization for Women’s (GLOW) luncheon in Westin Atlanta Hotel on Oct. 22. The conversation was led by Founder and CEO of ACRE Consultants Audra Cunningham.

Audra is a distinguished telecommunications leader turned commercial real estate executive with over 30 years of experience. She is a trusted voice for ambitious women leaders and her involvement with the Chamber sets a prime example – a multi-year board member and the 2025 Moxie Award winner.

“I’ve been waiting for this day,” Audra said as she took the stage. “I’m a storyteller at heart and I can’t wait to share my story with you all.”

Audra’s excitement and confidence set the stage as she shared key insights into her success. Women leaders absorbed a wealth of knowledge about how she mustered the confidence to take a shift later in her career, paved the way for other women behind her and how she juggles her extensive board involvement.

“There were many who doubted that I would be successful, but I wanted to show people what’s possible; I can’t do anything but try,” Audra said. “Be courageous, be bold, stay beautiful and go for what you want.”

The Gwinnett Chamber extends its appreciation to the event’s sponsors, whose support makes programs like GLOW possible: Leading Sponsors AboutFace Skin Care and Northside Hospital; Principal Sponsors Armanino, Rainbow Village, and Walton Gas.

GLOW continues to serve as a cornerstone program of the Gwinnett Chamber, empowering women leaders through intentional networking, leadership development and business growth opportunities across Gwinnett and the metro Atlanta region.
