L&T Simplicity Event Rentals & More LLC celebrated the official ribbon cutting of its new L&T Simplicity Event Suite with the Douglas County Chamber on October 15. Chamber representatives, community partners, and local business leaders gathered to commemorate the opening of the new event space located at 1760 Lee Road in Lithia Springs.
Founded in 2020, L&T Simplicity Event Rentals & More has grown from an event planning and design business into a full-service company specializing in luxury draping, event rentals, event design, and hands-on draping education. Led by co-owners Latricia “Tricia” Davis, CEO, and Laretta “Lynn” Montgomery, COO, the company is dedicated to creating memorable experiences and helping clients bring their visions to life.
The newly opened L&T Simplicity Event Suite offers an intimate and versatile setting for gatherings of up to 30 guests. The space is ideal for birthday celebrations, bridal and baby showers, workshops, business meetings, photoshoots, and content creation. In addition to venue rentals, clients can take advantage of the company's professional décor, luxury draping, and event rental services to create customized experiences for any occasion.
“This opening means so much to us. It represents years of faith, hard work, and support from our family, friends, mentors, and clients. We’re grateful to have a place where we can welcome our community, celebrate special moments, and help others learn and create,” shared Latricia Davis, CEO and Co-Owner of L&T Simplicity Event Rentals & More.
Douglas County Chamber President and CEO Sara Ray commented, “We are excited to celebrate this milestone with Tricia and Lynn as they continue to grow their business here in Douglas County. Their journey from event planning to opening a dedicated space is a great example of the entrepreneurial spirit in our community. We look forward to seeing L&T Simplicity continue to thrive and create new opportunities for residents and businesses to connect and celebrate.”
