Mike Dubas, Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Management Services, has been named one of Atlanta’s Most Admired CEOs for 2026 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, recognizing his leadership, vision and contributions to both his industry and the greater Atlanta community.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Most Admired CEO Awards recognize established business leaders who demonstrate a strong record of innovation, outstanding financial performance, a commitment to quality, a clear and compelling vision, dedication to diversity in the workplace, and meaningful contributions to the metro Atlanta community.

As CEO of Beacon Management Services, Dubas leads one of the Southeast’s most prominent community association management firms, overseeing the company’s continued growth while maintaining a strong focus on innovation, service excellence, technological advances and operational efficiency.

Dubas joins an accomplished group of Atlanta-area executives selected for their leadership and impact on the organizations, industries and communities they serve.  The annual awards bring together a veritable Who’s Who of Atlanta’s most influential and accomplished business leaders.
