Partners Real Estate today announced it has been selected as the exclusive retail leasing agent for Uptown Atlanta, a 47-acre, transit-oriented mixed-use development located at 500 Lindbergh Drive NE in Atlanta. Partners will oversee leasing for the property's 110,000 square feet of retail space on behalf of the owner, affiliates of Rubenstein Partners, L.P.

Positioned at the confluence of Buckhead and Midtown, Uptown Atlanta sits at the anticipated meeting point of three of the city's most significant trail systems: Path 400, the South Fork Trail, and the Atlanta BeltLine. The property is directly connected to the Lindbergh Center MARTA Station, making it one of the most accessible mixed-use destinations in the city.

Uptown's retail lineup includes an eclectic mix of dining and lifestyle concepts such as 26 Thai Kitchen and Bar, Madre Selva, Bene Korean Steakhouse, J'ouvert Caribbean Kitchen, White Windmill, The Commodore, Sugarcoat, Dunkin’ and Chow À La Carte at Uptown Test Kitchen. Available suites currently range from roughly 1,000 square feet up to more than 6,000 square feet, offering flexibility for a range of retail and restaurant concepts including two outparcel opportunities at the intersection of Piedmont and Lindbergh Dr.

As part of the redevelopment, Rubenstein modernized the 35,000-square-foot office atrium to include top-tier amenities and collaborative spaces.
