Friday, October 30th, 2026

Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a private partnership-led, fully-integrated commercial real estate firm, announced today that Atlanta industry executive Robin Godwin will join the firm as Chief Operating Officer of its Southeast region. Based in Partners’ Atlanta office, Mrs. Godwin—who most recently served as Executive Vice President of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS (ACBR)—will work closely with John O’Neill, President and Managing Partner, Southeast, to oversee Atlanta operations and support the firm’s continued expansion across the region. She begins January 4, 2027.

“Robin has done an excellent job leading the most successful commercial board nationally; she’ll be a critical addition in helping us scale our platform in Atlanta and across the Southeast,” said Mr. O’Neill. We are very excited to have her proven leadership at Partners.”

In the role, Mrs. Godwin will oversee finance and accounting coordination, human resources, brokerage support services and community service initiatives for the Southeast. Mrs. Godwin will also lead the integration of new offices, teams and acquisitions, and set the operating plans and performance standards that allow the region to scale.

Mrs. Godwin had led the ACBR since 2017, which is the most active and prestigious commercial board in the country. She also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Asset Management & Association Services, which manages ACBR and other REALTOR associations across Georgia. She is the Executive Vice President for the SIOR Georgia Chapter and serves on the Board of Directors for AMAS, as well as on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta REALTORS® Educational Foundation. In September, ACBR named her one of five honorees at its annual Legends and Leaders event, which this year recognized women whose careers shaped Atlanta’s commercial real estate community. Prior to her tenure with ACBR, she held leadership roles in the commercial architectural and design sector. Mrs. Godwin is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia.

“Having had the distinct pleasure of serving Atlanta’s commercial real estate community for years, I’ve watched Partners up close since the day it arrived,” said Mrs. Godwin. “One of the things that attracted me most about Partners is the culture, which fosters an authentic collaboration where everyone is working and winning together toward the same goals, and where clients’ needs are not only met but exceeded. I’ve known John a long time, and I’m thrilled to help him write Partners’ next chapter across the Southeast.”

Mrs. Godwin’s arrival comes during another period of monumental growth for Partners in the Southeast, which included the additions of Equity Partners Brad Pope and Sherri Wilson; Charlie Johnson, who launched the firm’s new Federal Leasing practice; Stewart Yates, who leads its new Healthcare Investment Sales practice; and the acquisition of Crown Tenant Advisors, which added Healthcare Services brokerage capabilities to the firm.
