Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business is partnering with blockchain strategy firm Intuit Factory to offer Blockchain Strategy Boot Camp, a four-day executive education program that will equip digital transformation leaders and entrepreneurs with a solid understanding of blockchain technologies. Participants will gauge blockchain’s impact on their professional pursuits and investments, examine how cryptocurrencies function, analyze leading blockchain companies’ white papers and solutions, and design their own blockchain business models. This is the only in-person blockchain training opportunity in the United States.
“Blockchain innovations are disrupting countless sectors, including financial services, supply chains, media, banking and healthcare,” says Intuit Factory founder Roop Singh, who will serve as lead instructor. “Many businesses are struggling to keep up with these trends, but our boot camp can help accelerate their entry into the blockchain space.”
The fast-paced curriculum will cover topics including distributed ledger technologies, smart contracts, digital assets, ecosystem design, identity, decentralization and enterprise applications.
“We are excited to offer this leading-edge program, which merges the areas of business, technology and innovation,” says Richard Phillips, dean of the Robinson College of Business. “Our collaboration with industry leaders to provide a program of this type demonstrates Robinson’s commitment to being at the forefront of the latest developments.”
The four-day boot camp will take place June 15-16 and June 22-23 at Georgia State University’s Buckhead Center.
