Phase 3 Marketing & Communications, an end-to-end marketing, PR, creative, print and marketing logistics service provider, has acquired Brand Fever, a hybrid brand and digital marketing firm that drives engaging experiences online and offline.
Based in Atlanta, Brand Fever’s 25-person team boasts industry proficiency—pushing the boundaries of marketing channels with a uniquely integrated approach that thrives on a culture of collaboration and innovation. Founded by Vicky Jones in 1997, Brand Fever will immediately operate as a division of Phase 3.
Jones transformed her passion for cutting edge, visual marketing into a creative agency with high caliber talent and high profile clientele. Brand Fever has partnered with well-known companies including The Coca-Cola Co., Cox Communications and Georgia-Pacific on strategic brand initiatives.
“In 2014, we acquired three companies. In 2015, the addition of Brand Fever continues our vision to redefine what it means to be a fully integrated marketing services organization,” said Ken Holsclaw, president of Phase 3 Marketing & Communications. “Vicky and her team bring a wealth of talent and experience to Phase 3 and will increase the scope of offerings and services we provide to our clients.”
As further proof of Phase 3’s growth, below are first quarter highlights:
- Selected as a finalist for Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Pacesetter Awards, recognizing Atlanta’s fastest growing private companies.
- Purchased and began renovations of two 100+ year old, five-story buildings at 60 and 83 Walton Street in downtown Atlanta. These offices will become the creative hub of Phase 3’s marketing, public relations, creative, corporate and sales departments in the fourth quarter of this year including The Reynolds Group, Brand Fever, the creative teams in the current Buckhead location, and headquarters associates in corporate and sales capacities.
- Relocated the employees of iDesign into a single Phase 3 location in Nashville’s Metro Center.
