4909 North Commerce Drive is being built on 33.11 acres just off North Commerce Drive, the main north/south road in the park which was recently extended to provide access to Camp Creek via two I-285 exchanges—Camp Creek Parkway and Washington Road. The cross-dock building will include 36' clear height, 54ʼ x 50ʼ column spacing, and 125 dock doors. The building will be served by two points of ingress/egress, 337 automobile parking spaces and 125 trailer parking spaces.
