Valuation Management Group announces the company’s registration in six additional states to offer an outsourcing solution to the appraisal process. Valuation Management Group now conducts business in Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, Vermont and Wyoming, in addition to the 44 other states currently served.
Thirty-seven of the fifty States have enacted AMC legislation and, according to COO Patrick McMillen, Valuation Management Group will continue to register and be appropriately licensed in all applicable states as the remaining state Appraisal Management Company (AMC) Laws are passed.
Valuation Management Group handles the entire appraisal process for residential and commercial properties, including approving appraisers; managing appraiser panels; managing the bid process on complex properties, commercial assignments and EPA inspections; engaging appraisers; paying appraisers and reviewing finished reports. Financial institutions can adhere to appraisal compliance in accordance with the Dodd Frank Act, FHA Appraisal Guidelines, Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines, USPAP Guidelines, UAD and Collateral Underwriter Guidelines, FIRREA, TAVMA, and state & national appraiser independence laws with Valuation Management Group’s full appraisal management services.
