Cushman & Wakefield announced today it has been retained by Randstad to exclusively provide project management and transaction services for Randstad’s leased space in more than 450 locations throughout the United States.  The assignment covers more than one million square feet of space.

Randstad conducted a national competitive review of leading firms.

Randstad sought a service provider with the breadth and depth to handle its entire portfolio and service future requirements that arise. 

The Cushman & Wakefield team will be led by Tyler Courtney, Southeast Solutions Lead, and Addison Meriwether, Senior Director, and supported by a national team.
