Gray Names Beth Neuhoff to Board of Directors

Gray Television, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors unanimously voted to expand the Board by one seat and elected Elizabeth Russell Neuhoff as a Director to fill that position. Like all Directors, Ms. Neuhoff's term will run through our next Annual Meeting.
Beth Neuhoff is the President and CEO of Neuhoff Communications, a privately held broadcast radio and digital media company focused on small-to mid-size communities. Since taking command of Neuhoff Communications in August 2012, she has dramatically enhanced operations and improved its value.
Ms. Neuhoff previously served as Executive Vice President of the Midwest division of Interep, a publicly held national media sales and marketing firm. She oversaw all sales activity across five major cities while working with the nation's largest advertising agencies to create dynamic and memorable media campaigns.
Ms. Neuhoff is an elected Director of the National Association of Broadcasters, the broadcast industry trade association in Washington, D.C.; a Director of the Broadcaster's Foundation of America, the broadcast industry's largest and oldest charitable organization; a Trustee of the National Association of Broadcaster's Education Foundation and a Trustee of the National Association of Broadcaster's Political Action Committee. She is a member of the Young President's Organization, Ellevate (formerly 85 Broads), the International Women's Forum, and the Alliance for Women in Media. She is a graduate of the NABEF's Broadcast Leadership Class that works in tandem with the FCC to encourage diversity of ownership in broadcasting. In 2014, she was named as one of the "Most Influential Women in Radio" by Radio Ink magazine and was featured on the cover of a 2015 edition of the magazine. At the 2014 Radio Show, she was a finalist for "Best Broadcaster in America".
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Ms. Neuhoff resides in Jupiter, Florida.
