Being a success for over 30 Years, the 2015 Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run/Walk & Fitness Program produced by U.S. Olympian and running expert, Jeff Galloway, is one of the most anticipated running and corporate affairs of the year.
The 5k Run/Walk & Fitness program will take place in Atlanta, GA on Thursday, September 24, 2015 http://www.kpcorporaterunwalk.com.
To make this experience even more special, 2015 also celebrates Kaiser Permanente’s 30th anniversary in Georgia.
The Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run/Walk encourages a healthy lifestyle among metro Atlanta companies, their employees, and beyond.
As of to date, more than 220 companies are already registered in the 5k Run/Walk such as, UPS with over 300 participants, AT&T, and the American Cancer Society. Numbers like these suggest an outstanding attendance, with more than 400 companies and 18,000 plus participants expected. Kaiser Permanente is giving partners, sponsors and participants in Atlanta an unforgettable race.
Sharon Getties Johnson, Manager of Community Service Program at Kaiser Permanente states “The companies today are in it for the right reason: health promotion, team building and the ability of this event to bring them both together.”
With that said, the 2015 Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run/Walk & Fitness Program is unsurprisingly seeing a variety of sponsors and partners such as, The BMW Atlanta Dealers, Phidippides, Timex, LA Fitness, Randstad, Birch Communications and 11 Alive – just to name a few. http://www.kpcorporaterunwalk.com/sponsors.
These partners and many more have already confirmed their support for the year 2015.
ALOFT Hotel Downtown, a Starwood Hotel Property, is also partnering with the 2015 Kaiser Permanente Run/Walk to accommodate runners and visitors alike.
This year’s sponsors not only provide financial support but hand out race goodies, which give runners and walkers more incentive to sign up and spread the word.
“It’s just fantastic that so many people in metro Atlanta are getting around the idea of getting moving,” states Michele Langevin, Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run/ Walk coordinator at Jeff Galloway Productions. “We all know movement is the key to health.”
