Doug Johns, chairman and former CEO of HDJ Wireless Enterprise LLC, has joined the FourBridges team as senior advisor. Johns, who helped operate the Atlanta-based global technology firm NIVIS, expands the investment banking firm's industry focus to include technology and telecommunication in the Southeast.
"Atlanta continues to set the pace for innovation in the region as the sixth fastest growing market for technical talent in the U.S.," said FourBridges managing partner Frank Williamson. "With Doug as an anchor in the city, we'll be able to better serve the growing needs of entrepreneurs and investors in this high-growth sector across the entire region. Doug's leadership in the tech scene and his experience founding and operating successful companies makes him sensitive to the unique and evolving needs of our technology clients."
Johns will advise technology companies in the Southeast regarding transaction needs, including selling or acquiring a company, restructuring and obtaining financing.
"I embrace FourBridges' mission to champion Southeastern business owners who are considering or preparing for important transactions, and I look forward to carrying this out for clients in Atlanta's world-class technology community and beyond," Johns said.
