Google Fiber Announces Fiber Academy in Atlanta

Google Fiber announced the Google Fiber Academy, its first-ever training facility based in Metro Atlanta. As Google Fiber grows, their mission is to keep their customer service standards high across all of their Fiber cities, and the Fiber Academy will help them do just that. Installers working with Google Fiber in each of their Fiber cities will travel to the Academy to take courses including how to provide high quality customer service, the best techniques for installing Google Fiber and the most helpful ways to demo their product for customers.
