NAVEX Global Acquires The Network, Inc.

Ethics and compliance software and solution provider NAVEX Global, Inc. announced today that it has acquired The Network, Inc. The transaction creates the leading industry provider of integrated software, content and services in the ethics and compliance space, providing governance, risk and compliance solutions to more than 12,500 organizations worldwide and 94 of the Fortune 100.

NAVEX Global’s solution suite, broad customer base, international presence and deep knowledge of the ethics and compliance industry, paired with The Network’s innovative software and technology expertise, will further position the combined company for accelerated growth.

For more than 33 years, The Network has provided ethics and compliance software, services and consulting for organizations of all sizes. The Atlanta-based company is known for its integrated suite of software that provides a holistic view of ethics and compliance data to support the expanding need for risk-based business intelligence.

With this acquisition, NAVEX Global’s client base expands by more than 4,000, and the company now serves more than 75 percent of the Fortune 500.

NAVEX Global will continue to be headquartered near Portland, Oregon. The financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
