Kristi Johnson Named Shareholder at Windham Brannon

Kristi Johnson, principal, has been named a shareholder at Windham Brannon, a leading provider of tax, audit, accounting and advisory services, effective January 1, 2016.  As a shareholder, she will be responsible for helping to steer the firm's overall strategic direction and continued growth. 

Johnson, who has been with the firm since 2000, leads the Family Business segment, specializing in complex tax compliance and planning for high net-worth individuals, including privately held businesses, estate and gift planning, foundations and trusts.

"Kristi has been instrumental in growing our Family Business practice, and her interpersonal skills, both with our clients and our staff, have proven to be invaluable," said Heidi LaMarca, managing partner, Windham Brannon.

Prior to joining Windham Brannon, Johnson held the position of trust officer at SunTrust for seven years. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a BBA degree in Accounting, and is an active member of the AICPA and the Georgia Society of CPAs.
