Cloud technology sales and marketing execution firm N3 announced today it has leased 65,000 square feet at Piedmont Center, in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. The new office space will serve as headquarters for the global company that employs over 700 people in its global offices in Atlanta, Costa Rica, Dublin, London, Seattle, Singapore, and Fargo, ND.

This new headquarters will consolidate more than 300 N3 employees who are currently dispersed between several offices in North Atlanta. It will also help position N3 to accommodate approximately 200 new team members it anticipates adding in the next three years as cloud technology continues to accelerate.

“Piedmont Center is the perfect location for us—it’s in the heart of Buckhead with close proximity to Georgia 400 and MARTA rail transit,” said Jeff Laue, CEO of N3. “Work-life balance is a core value of N3, and this location ensures easy access for both our employees who live in town and those who live in the suburbs.”

N3 is the latest technology company based in metro Atlanta to relocate its headquarters from the suburbs into city limits in order to be part of the dense urban communities typically valued by younger employees and draw on the brainpower available in tech business hubs.
