Beth Schiavo Joins North Highland as Chief Financial Officer

North Highland, global management consulting firm, welcomes Beth Schiavo to the firm's executive team as Chief Financial Officer. With more than 23 years of audit and business advisory experience, Schiavo brings extensive cross-industry expertise across large multinational organizations and multidimensional insight in business strategy and process. As CFO, Schiavo will oversee financial management of the firm, including strategic financial planning,
revenue management, forecast modeling, budgeting, reporting, accounting and the firm's employee stock ownership plan. She also has responsibility for the firm's IT, business management and legal functions.
"Her track record of superior business leadership, client centricity, community investment, and overall passion for people closely aligns with North Highland's values and I know she will be an excellent addition to the firm's executive team," said Dan Reardon, CEO at North Highland.
Previously, Schiavo served as assurance partner at Ernst & Young, to both domestic and global public and privately-held clients headquartered in the Southeast. She has extensive experience in auditing large multinational organizations, along with middle market public and private companies across multiple industries. During her time at EY, she also co-founded Working Moms Network, which provided a voice for the network of working mothers within the organization.

In 2010, Schiavo was named a "Woman of Excellence" by the Atlanta Business to Business magazine for her combination of business leadership and community service. She has also served on the Board of Trustees for Young Audiences, the Woodruff Arts Center and Arbor Montessori School. Schiavo is a CPA and a member of the AICPA. She graduated from Virginia Tech and completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Kellogg School of Management.
