Preferred Apartment Communities Announce Randy Forth as EVP & Chief Asset Management Officer

Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. today announced that William Randolph "Randy" Forth was appointed as an Executive Vice President and the Chief

Asset Management Officer for the Company on January 1, 2016. Mr. Forth will also serve in the same role at Preferred Apartment Advisors, LLC, the Company's external advisor. Mr. Forth has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, having lead asset management teams at Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc. and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisors for more than 17 years.  Most recently, Mr. Forth served as Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he lead a team providing transactional services nationally for one of the largest land owners in the U.S.
