Cooper Global Chauffeured Transportation, Inc. has announced several executive appointments. Paul Cooper moves into the position of Chief Executive Officer; Michael Dunne— President; John Pearman—Chief Operating Officer; and Marvin Fisher—Chief Administrative Officer.

The company also has moved its corporate headquarters to Clayton County.

The new management team’s unique combination of transportation and logistics experience is expected to immediately bolster the company’s services. Their vast network of relationships built throughout their respective careers will continue to enhance and expand the company’s profile in the luxury transportation market.

Paul is a veteran transportation industry executive with over 10 years of industry knowledge providing both domestic and global ground transportation services. Michael Dunne, President and Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the financial management of the company and brings over 25 years of corporate, consulting and entrepreneurial experience. His primary focus is building high- performing organizations, including shaping compelling visions and redesigning core processes and systems.
