Nowait Announces Partnership With NCR to Bring Point-Of-Sale Integration to Its Casual-Dining Restaurant Solution

Nowait, the first mobile network for casual-dining restaurants, and NCR Corporation, the global leader in consumer-transaction technologies, today announced its integration of Nowait's host appwith the NCR's industry-leading Aloha point-of-sale solution. The cloud-based NCR integration will soon enable thousands of Nowait's restaurant partners nationwide – which seat 25 million diners a month and 250 million to date -- to integrate, maintain, and deploy their table-status services across NCR's point-of-sale system.

Through its seamless integration with NCR, Nowait uses the table statuses and open check data to refine its proprietary algorithm, which increases wait-time accuracy for guests and optimizes the casual-dining experience.
