Randstad US Appoints Graig Paglieri as Chief Innovation Officer

Randstad US, one of the largest HR services and staffing companies in the United States, is pleased to announce the appointment of Graig Paglieri as Chief Innovation Officer. In this new role, Paglieri will be responsible for developing the next generation of disruptive and industry-leading delivery capabilities and technology-enabled business models. In addition, he will head the transformation of Randstad's client and talent acquisition journeys to optimize digital tools and mediums, big data and artificial intelligence.

Paglieri joins Randstad after spending 11 years with KForce, most recently in the role of Chief Delivery Officer. He began his career with the U.S. Marine Corps before moving on to Arthur Andersen's Business Strategy practice.  He was also a Managing Associate for Scott, Madden & Associates where he worked on mergers and integrations in the energy sector. Graig holds a B.A. from Boston College and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
