Ginny Bryant Teams Up with Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta

Ginny Bryant, Atlanta’s renowned real estate sales and marketing expert, has joined forces with Shirley Gary, Managing Broker of Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta, herself a well-known pacesetter in the real estate industry in the Southeastern US.

Within Gary’s real estate company that includes both a fast-growing general brokerage as well as a highly successful new builder services division, Bryant, a Vice President of Sales & Marketing, will focus on three distinct areas: International Sales, Builder Services and Private Office.

International Sales

Since 2008, Bryant has been working with commercial and residential investors and brokers in the international real estate market, including China, Korea and various European countries. She has built strong relationships worldwide and is eager to maximize the resources within Engel & Völkers’ global network on behalf of her international clients.

Builder Services

Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta’s Builder Services Division currently provides sales and marketing support to more than a dozen builders in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area and beyond. In her new function, Bryant will continue to expand the Builder Services team, provide in-depth training and successful marketing techniques, and help design tailor-made marketing programs based on each builder client’s individual needs, location and budget.

Private Office Advisor

Assisting discerning individual buyers and sellers with their luxury residential real estate needs will also be a priority for Bryant. Based on her reputation, knowledge and experience, Bryant joins Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta as a Private Office Advisor.

Prior to joining Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta, Ginny Bryant served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Lennar in Atlanta, the national builder that has completed more than 1,800 homes since the start of its Georgia Division in 2010. She was honored with the 2012 Director of Sales OBIE Award from the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. Her stellar career in the building industry includes top management positions with a variety of companies including The Providence Group/Jolly Development, Atlanta New Homes Directory, Crown Communities, HomeLife, First Georgia Homes, and others.

She is a member of the Georgia Korean American Real Estate Association, Georgia Association of REALTORS, GAHBA Sales & Marketing Council, NAHBA Professional Women in Building, the Professional Association of E-Women Networking, and a past member of the GAHBA 50+ Housing Council.
