Kim Arrington Joins Caliber Home Loans as Manager

Kelly Allison, Regional Vice President of Caliber Home Loans, Southeast Builder Division, welcomes Kim Arrington, Producing Branch Manager, to Caliber’s Atlanta office. Caliber Home Loans, Inc. is a full-service national mortgage lender and agency direct seller/servicer.
“Kim is a rock star in the Atlanta market, known for her outstanding ability to structure mortgage scenarios that meet the individual needs of each client,” says Kelly. “She brings more than ten years of experience in home financing and is highly regarded by her peers as a top producer in the industry.” Prior to joining Caliber, Kim served as Branch Manager and Executive Mortgage Loan Officer at Southeast Mortgage offices in Atlanta and Stockbridge where she won the 2014 Outstanding Mortgage Originator Sales Award.
“What drives me is my passion to help both first-time and move-up buyers realize homeownership,” notes Kim, whose expertise includes in-depth knowledge of many local down payment assistance programs. She prides herself on staying connected with agents by facilitating CE classes and as a facilitator for consumer down payment 8-hour certification at the local HUD Housing Agencies.

Kim, a graduate of Mercer University in Macon where she obtained her BS in Criminal Justice, grew up in Verona (NJ) and now resides in Powder Springs with her family. Kim lives her passion to empower and encourage others: she enjoys mentoring young women as a Soror of TAU Alpha Delta Christian Sorority and facilitating Dave Ramsey’s “Financial Freedom” courses to local members of the community. In addition, she is an active member of the Metro South Association of REALTORS, Cobb Chamber of Commerce and the National Professional Women’s Association.
