Lisa Kaeck and Kevin Thill Promoted in Senior Leadership Roles at LocumTenens.com

LocumTenens.com, a physician and advanced practice staffing firm, has recently announced the promotion of two key members of its leadership team, Lisa Kaeck and Kevin Thill.
Lisa Kaeck has been named as the company's first Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Kaeck will lead the company's day-to-day operations, including several sales, recruiting and operations- focused teams. She will play an integral role in strategic planning and policy development to ensure the company's resources are properly aligned for optimum performance and future growth. Kaeck is a founding partner of LocumTenens.com, having worked with Jackson Healthcare's Rick Jackson to establish it in 1995. She is a graduate of Hartwick College.

Kevin Thill has been promoted to Executive Vice President. In this role, Thill will oversee several key teams in the company, including its Psychiatry, Neurology, Government and Advanced Practice teams He joined LocumTenens.com in 1998 as a sales associate on the company's Psychiatry team. During his tenure he has assumed roles with increasing responsibility, became a partner in the company in 2005 and has served on the executive team since 2008. He is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa.
