NTSC Hosts Roundtable at Inaugural Atlanta Cyber Security Summit

This Wednesday, The Technology Association of Georgia and its new national trade association, the National Technology Security Coalition partnered with New York based company, CyberSummitUSA’s Atlanta Cyber Security Summit. The Atlanta Cyber Security Summit was an exclusive C-Level conference where more than 300 senior level security executives learned the latest solutions on how to best protect highly vulnerable business applications and critical infrastructure.
At the inaugural event, the keynote address was delivered by the Honorable John P. Carlin, Assistant Attorney General for National Security. Atlanta renowned information security experts Alan Davis, Special Agent U.S. Secret Service and Chad Hunt, Supervisor of Computer Intrusion Squad of the Atlanta Field Office provided informative security briefings.
TAG’s new national trade association the National Technology Security Coalition hosted its inaugural roundtable discussion at the event. The topic of the roundtable discussion was “Aligning National Public Policy with Cybersecurity Realities” moderated by NTSC board member, Tim Callahan the Global CISO for Aflac. NTSC Board Members: Pete Chronis, CISO for Turner Broadcasting Inc., Kevin Gowen, CISO for Synovus and Calvin Rhodes, CIO for State of Georgia and forty other senior security executives discussed the importance to advocate for national policies affecting the technology security industry.
