Atlanta Remains Among the Most Frugal Cities

The Big Peach is big on saving money on consumer products.

Atlanta is No. 4 on Coupons.com’s sixth annual “Most Frugal Cities list,” published Monday.

Residents here clipped 20.5 million digital coupons on the site last year and saved an estimated $29 million on consumer packaged goods, including grocery and household items.

According to the 2015 Coupons.com Savings Index, American shoppers last year clipped more than 1.6 billion digital coupons and saved more than $2.3 billion.
