Goodwill of North Georgia celebrates 90 years of putting people to work with its first ever gala. The cocktail style event will be held at the Delta Flight Museum (Atlanta), and the birthday themed design captures the Goodwill spirit with festive, branded colors and floral décor designed by William Fogler and WM Events. The emcee for the evening will be Atlanta’s award winning journalist, Monica Pearson. Drinks, dining and a live musical performance by Kristian Bush of Sugarlandare sure to make this night to remember. All proceeds from the event benefit Goodwill of North Georgia.

WHAT

From humble beginnings on Edgewood Avenue in 1925, Goodwill of North Georgia has grown to process millions of donations and serve thousands of job seekers annually. Throughout the year, the organization is celebrating this milestone with in-store events across the region, culminating in the 90th Birthday Celebration Gala. The commemorative website, www.90.goodwillng.org, documents the history of the organization and provides a forum for Goodwill donors, shoppers, jobs seekers, local employers, program participants and alumnus to share their experiences with the organization.
