SelecSource, Inc., a regional staffing and talent acquisition firm, is pleased to announce that Tracy Williams has joined the organization as President and COO.  In his new role, Mr. Williams will play a vital role in our strategic growth and development while maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Mr. Williams has over twenty five years of professional experience, including acting as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer for Commdex Consulting, Market President for State Bank & Trust and SVP for Wells Fargo Bank. He has in depth human resource management, strategic level staffing and niche recruiting experience pertinent to his role at SelecSource. Mr. Williams previously worked in the investment banking, M&A and change management fields. He is trained in quality management, personnel coaching, financial analytics and sales management processes and holds an MBA in management and finance.
