With homeownership rates at historically low levels and a lack of affordable housing options in all major metro areas, renting becomes a challenge for renters all across the U.S.
 
That’s why RENTCafé wanted to see where renters will be seeing the steepest rent increases in 2016; so they crunched the numbers and pinpointed the 20 markets with the highest projected rent growth, with Atlanta landing an honorable 8th spot – with a forecasted rent growth of 6.4%.
