Low gas prices and rising personal income have 55 percent of Americans hitting the road this summer, according to AAA. Loews Hotels invites these summer road warriors to plan their Ultimate Southern Road Trip with an exploration of the culture, food and music in three of the Southeast’s top destinations – Atlanta, Nashville and New Orleans.
 
Ultimate Southern Road Trip Sweepstakes

On June 20, the official first day of summer, Loews Hotels will launch the Ultimate Southern Road Trip Sweepstakes. The online sweepstakes will run from June 20 to June 30 at http://loews.io/WinUSRT. One lucky winner will receive two-night stays at Loews Atlanta Hotel, Loews Vanderbilt Hotel and Loews New Orleans Hotel, a $50 food & beverage credit, parking at each property and tickets to Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, The High Museum of Art in Atlanta and Southern Food & Beverage Museum in New Orleans. The winner will be notified on or about July 5, 2016.
 
Virtual Ultimate Southern Road Trip

Leading up to the sweepstakes launch, three local influencers in Atlanta, Nashville and New Orleans will share their must-sees in each destination to help road-trippers plan their own Ultimate Southern Road Trip this summer. Follow along on this virtual Southern road trip beginning on Thursday, June 16 with Nashville trendsetter and fashion correspondent Caroline Acree of Caroline Margaret Studio as she explores the best of Nashville’s Honky-Tonk Highway and shares the city’s hidden gems. On Friday, June 17, Caroline Eubanks of Caroline in the City will discover Atlanta on an urban biking/hiking trail that winds through the city’s best restaurants and cultural attractions. Closing out the virtual road trip on Saturday, June 18, NOLA native Scott Simon of iheartnola.com will share his passion for New Orleans cuisine, music and the local art scene.
