Celebrating 40 years in business in 2016, Rohadfox Construction Control Services Corporation is one of the oldest minority construction and program management firms in the country. Founded by Dr. Ronald O. Rohadfox in Durham, NC, the company is headed by Ronald’s daughter, Joy Rohadfox, who moved the headquarters to Atlanta in 2001.
“The diverse talent pool and promising growth opportunities for entrepreneurs and individuals in Atlanta offered the ideal location to expand the company,” she says.
RCCSC handles infrastructure projects in the transportation and transit, aviation and water/wastewater markets. The company is currently a Joint Venture partner with the Hartsfield-Jackson Construction Management team. This team has provided construction management services at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport for the past 15 years. RCCSC is also a key partner to the Metropolitan Atlanta Transit Consultants team. This partnership provides general engineering consulting services for MARTA’s transit system. RCCSC was recently selected as a Joint Venture partner to provide the City of Atlanta with architecture, engineering and design services for its capital improvement projects.

Throughout her tenure as CEO, Joy has built a reputation for developing business strategies to chart new territories and developing long lasting relationships with clients, which has created repeat business for RCCSC.
