Digital Insurance and its advisory division, Digital Benefit Advisors, unveil a new name – OneDigital Health and Benefits – reflecting the decision to create a single operating company at the forefront of marketplace innovation. The rebrand is more than a refreshed expression; it incorporates economic drivers transforming the employee benefits sector and the organization’s natural evolution.

“OneDigital Health and Benefits represents two core concepts central to our business,” explains Adam Bruckman, president and CEO of the thriving 16-year-old national company with 35 advisory offices throughout the country. “’One’ stands for our people, advisors and thought leaders, and the idea that we stand as one with our clients. ‘Digital’ retains our legacy brand equity and addresses the sophisticated digital experience delivered through our analytics, compliance support, HR administration and comprehensive insurance solutions.”

Responding to the convergence of broker consolidation, digitalization and an increase of Millennials in the workplace, the company is staking a claim as “The new generation in health and benefits.” This position articulates the space in which OneDigital operates and highlights its ability to deliver fresh thinking ahead of the market, giving clients peace of mind that their approach to employee benefits is future-proof.

“As the company has grown, we shifted up market, moving beyond our primary focus on small businesses,” says OneDigital Chief Growth Officer Mike Sullivan. “Yet, we never lost sight of what makes us a dynamic industry leader: our strategic advisory services and market-leading solutions. “The name change complements the company’s evolution and our ability to create harmony between people and technology. We know how to put the right people and infrastructure in place. No other company has invested in similar offerings or bridged that gap for mid-sized and small employers.”

“We are confident our clients will embrace OneDigital,” says Bill Carew, executive vice president of sales and marketing, who led the rebranding initiative. “Independent research revealed that employers care most about the exceptional relationships they have with our people. That crucial dynamic will not change. However, our vision of harnessing advisors, clients and solutions that all leverage technology to create a ‘Digital’ community is becoming a reality.”

Research also identified distinctive values that differentiate OneDigital from its competitors, including forward-thinking that delivers results in turbulent times, a strategic and personal approach, and the company’s investment in clients’ success. “We deliver a truly authentic brand experience,” adds Carew.
